  I’ve had nothing but issues since day 1. I originally scheduled testing for ADHD to which I showed up to my appointment to an empty, dark office. Doctor was late and the only one on site. Since then, I have been a patient of Dr. Naylander, who is the most incompetent and impersonal doctor I’ve dealt with. Our appointments are maybe 10 mins but usually 5. She’s cold, doesn’t appear to care about her patients at all considering she barely even acknowledges your presence during appointments. She doesn’t even read her messages. I had an issue with insurance only approving existing medications for 90 day periods, which I messaged her stating Aetna would only approve 90 day time periods. She then sent a prescription for 60 days to which I had to message and call to correct AGAIN several times. She ordered bloodwork, I went to complete it and was told there was no order. I messaged her making sure I went to the right location and that they had no order. Her reply was “yeah that’s the right office” basically. Nothing about the fact that there was no order. I was then contacted by Pam who basically scolded me for “not telling them when orders or prescriptions aren’t completed” like I haven’t been messaging them from the get go. Several calls later, my appointment is in 2 days and still haven’t been able to complete my blood work. No one has a clue what the other is doing, the entire practice is AWFUL. Save yourself the hassle and frustration.
