  I have gone here for two appointments, and have been very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the receptionist as well as the bed-side manner from Dr. Albert Fuzyal. My medications have never changed yet it is always a challenge to get a timely refill. The patient portal isn't monitored and will they not act upon any request unless you call multiple times. My visit notes includes inaccurate information for things as simple as yes or no questions. I would not recommend this provider.

  Care here was fine, however I was charged $300 for not canceling an appointment before 24 hours of it due to a unforeseen circumstance. Now they won’t stop calling me to schedule my next appointment because I have no intention of going back

  It's easy to get an appointment here, but very difficult to get any of the services someone goes to a primary care for. They are terrible about answering their phones and even worse about responding to anyone on their portals. They'll book appointments for you without your permission. And good luck getting any prescriptions refilled by them. They are absolutely terrible at it.

  Dr. Richardson is great. However, my appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge. The front desk claimed they were trying to reach me all morning, but I received no calls at all. Only thing I was getting was reminder emails of my appointment this morning at 10am. I show up early and now I have to push my appointment another 2 weeks. Very disappointed and frustrating. Will most likely look for another facility after this yearly appointment.
