They haven't even started, said they just received it and it will be an hour. When I told them I can't wait long (which was true BTW) they reiterated that my doctor "just sent it". When I had a confirmation received 1.5 hrs ago. I very much resent people lying to me and not even trying to make things right

(They will tell you the price must have spiked up to double when they ran it only to immediately return back to the original price when you picked it up.) You'll spend plenty of time on the phone if you ever try to transfer a script in. Otherwise, staff is pleasant.
