- MMMCCDlove3 days ago5.0Absolutely fabulous service. The office staff super pleasant. The environment calm. The providers are excellent. These people actually care about you. They ask questions and listen and talk to learn about you as a whole person. They are respectful and spend time to engage with you. They are educated and experienced and understand the human body and how the body interacts with systems. I can't believe I am just now finding this office! I recommend this primary care to all! Call them, research them... they have many ways to help and monitor wellness for all ages!

Then Dr. Bartos came in, didn't ask questions, didn't bother to introduce herself, just came in telling me all of the medications she was prescribing. The main one she pushed was a GLP-1, one that she sells. I told her that I am not a candidate for it because of my health and she said she would microdose me and I can be self pay because of insurance. I wasn't there for my weight. I didn't have any concerns about my weight. I was there to find a Primary Care that understands autoimmune disease. But here we were discussing medications for my autoimmune and now a GLP-1 before she asked me a single question. She was writing for the highest dose of a medication I have tried and had adverse reactions to. She didn't even ask. I asked her to slow down and explain, but she just wanted to talk. I learned about her and all of her son's things and all of the medications that she personally takes so she can know what her patients feel like. Yes, she herself will take the medications she prescribes so she can know what her patients feel like. So therefore, she thinks that even with my health history I would be just fine on a GLP-1. This is 2 weeks after being discharged for internal bleeding. Then we pulled labs. I asked for weeks to get my labs as they were not in the portal. Finally someone texted me labs. Labs that weren't mine, they belonged to another patient. I texted them back that they sent me someone else's labs and no one got back to me. After no one got back to me, I sent that person a text that they sent me her labs and I thought she should know. I then received AI produced "legal" texts from them explaining that I violated HIPPA. Actually, I was not the one to violate HIPPA, that would be them. They were the ones to send me someone else's labs through a text message. Then the billing. I paid my co-pay, then they billed me for the co-pay. It says I owe $0.00 in the portal. I have sent messages and they have confirmed in writing that I do not owe anything. Yet I just received another bill through the mail. This place is a disaster and should be investigated.

I was out and about and saw the advertisement. I decided to do research and saw the reviews. Did my annual physical and was so impressed. ANP Marissa Perkins is top notch in professionalism and made me feel comfortable Office staff so nice and supportive. Highly recommended.
