FutureCare Capital Region is part of the VitalStrong Rehabilitation program where physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists offer rehabilitation up to 7 days a week. The expansive rehabilitation gym overlooks a beautiful pond with a fountain, and is home to state-of-the art technology that is incorporated to individualized rehab plans for each patient. Also on-site is Renalis Kidney Services offering comfortable, in-patient dialysis services. Should a resident require long-term skilled nursing /nursing home care, it is available on-site.
