    I started The Perfect Workout in June, and today marks my 13th consecutive week. The results have been incredible. I’ve built noticeable strength, improved my recovery, and maintained lean muscle mass while learning how important protein and hydration are for overall health. The trainers are supportive and attentive, and I appreciate how they guide you safely into lifting heavier while keeping proper form. My compound row is up, my core endurance has improved, and I’m holding steady with challenging weights on the leg press and chest press. Since starting, I’ve gained about 4 lbs of lean muscle, lost around 2 lbs of fat mass, and improved my heart rate recovery — dropping more than 20 beats within the first minute after training. Beyond the numbers, I feel stronger, more confident, and more energized in my daily life. What I love most is how efficient it is — 20 minutes, twice a week, and the progress is real.
