  If you’re looking to establish care here, quite simply: DON’T! Run far, far away. I wish I had run away as soon as the first red flag arose. First of all, they require new patient forms be filled out in advance and HAND DELIVERED with copies of your ID/insurance card before anything else. Last time I checked, it’s 2026, so why is it that we must deliver these items in person before we can even discuss the potential of being scheduled? I spent an hour filling out the extensive paperwork & did exactly as I was told back in January & was told I should be scheduled for an appointment no later than March. Since it’s now March & I never received a call, I decided to call and get an update. BIG MISTAKE! Granted, you can’t even get ahold of anyone for at LEAST 15 minutes (and that’s gracious). After I finally got someone on the line and provided them my name, DOB, & reason for calling, I was immediately put on hold without any explanation, then held for 2-3 minutes before being hung up on…& you guessed it, no call back! Why I called back? Beats me, but I did. 17 minutes later & someone answered. I prefaced that I didn’t want to be put on hold given what happened yesterday and as soon as she asked my name & spelling, I was put on hold. I was then informed that they are not currently taking new patients with my insurance despite being in network. I said I’m sorry but that makes absolutely zero sense given that you told me back in January you take my insurance AND you’re accepting new patients. No further explanation was given & she was completely unapologetic. All that to say, don’t waste your time like I did. Now I have to go back to pick up my forms & demand they delete record of my ID/insurance as I don’t want them having any of my information.

  I’ve had great experiences with Dr. Salwan. Making an appointment was easy, no wait, they were very efficient, she listens closely, Is knowledgeable in her responses, and has been very responsive to my needs.

  I have been with this practice for nearly 20 years. The doctor I would seen has been retired for about 10 years. I have seen many NP I think that is what they call them. The serve was alright. Robin and Alexa have been great they have stood out at the practice. The office manager use to be approachable and seemed care but maybe she is too stressed to provide good customer service. I had recommended the practice to my husband because of its convenience but he was like have you looked at the reviews.

  Just switched from this practice today because i never actually saw Rosie S. in my 10+ years of doing to this practice. I had a medical emergency and was told to follow up with my primary doctor. I missed an exit and was outside of grace period and they had no mercy on my appointment and told me i would be no showed and charged, all while being in pain. The NPs are cool but the front office staff is absolutely terrible with horrible attitudes and unprofessional. They will be the downfall of the office that has good healthcare workers.

  The office staff all have snotty attitudes. I regret that my elderly father's care is entrusted to them. Just terrible. Stay away. The doctor my be great, but the office staff is unprofessional and unpleasant. ZERO STARS
