  I used to take my Rx’s to the Target CVS in the same shopping center. It’s like night and day going to this giant pharmacy. Everyone is always so kind and the service is very fast. I never have to wait in line!

  I truly love this pharmacy and especially the managers of the pharmacy, they always refill my order within hours of submitting and are all so kind and efficient . When I needed my prescriptions all transferred from the god awful cvs pharmacy they went so far as to gather the information right at my prescription pick up and got it done within hours. All with a smile on their face. This team is filled with amazing techs too. I’ve never even experienced a line here, maybe at most one person in front of me. It’s like night and day since switching from cvs. AND GIANT PHARMACY WILL ACTUALLY PICK UP YOUR CALLS!! Don’t know about other giants but cherry hill giant pharmacy is above the bar.

  I do not understand the high reviews for this place. Auto-refills only happen about 75% of the time. I only receive text reminders about 50% of the time. If they have problems filling my order, they never call me, and I only find out when I try to pick them up. They've cancelled fulfilling prescriptions on me twice in the past 6 months when they've had a delay (without telling me), and I need to start the request to fulfil the prescription from scratch. The staff has never been friendly, and always acts like I'm inconveniencing them. They've never once offered to explain my prescriptions. They're never helpful if there's confusion between my insurance, doctor, and them. I have to call around and get the problem fixed (or beg my doctor to call them to fix their errors). To be fair, they've never given me a wrong prescription. They're competent, just very unhelpful.

  All of the staff at Giant pharmacy are quick, friendly. and do a great job! I've been using them for about a year and they have done an excellent job since day 1!They have delivered my dermatological creams just in time and very appreciative of them.They have gone above any beyond for my RXs compared to any other pharmacies I have used in the past.
