Initially they made a mistake on the name but afterwards I was told one of the staff canceled my appointment. The manager was sorry that they messed up. I needed the appointment that day to fit into my schedule. So of course they said they won't do any exceptions to get me an appointment for that date at any time. I am glad I called. If they can't be trusted with keeping an appointment. How can they be trusted with everything else?

No prior notice via email or SMS as I had indicated as my preferred means of communication, to inform me of the need to cancel because of technical difficulties. The two staff did not even apologize or offer to reschedule. It's unfortunate.
