    Booked appointments for my kids, show up and they say that the "virtual doctor" doesn't see kids their age. So don't go here if you want an actual exam, or if you value your own time.

    I made an appointment for my wife . I called after a day to verify the appointment and ask follow up questions.... They can't find the appointment. Initially they made a mistake on the name but afterwards I was told one of the staff canceled my appointment. The manager was sorry that they messed up. I needed the appointment that day to fit into my schedule. So of course they said they won't do any exceptions to get me an appointment for that date at any time. I am glad I called. If they can't be trusted with keeping an appointment. How can they be trusted with everything else?
