Nia at the front desk smiled continuously while trying to help me. They went out of their way to remedy the situation and I was just so impressed with the people at the front desk. Thank you guys! You are awesome... I love that gym btw.. need to get myself in there more often.

- PBPrince BadliaJul 3, 20251.0Won’t recommend to came at this location there water cooler is damaged since a week they are not getting fixed and charging for each water bottle I’m a black card member and they charged me $1.86 for small bottle of water each bottle I tooled . it’s ridiculous staff attitude is horrible and won’t clean up bathrooms, bathrooms are nasty please take action at it THANK YOU!

The staff is extremely friendly with a "welcome" and "have a good day" at entrance and exit. I have enjoyed my experience thus far and look forward to going more.

Sense she said I couldnt get a membership I then asked for a day pass, she said I had to be over 18 and I couldn’t workout, but I am over 18 & I had an ID with me to prove that. Very disrespectful & extremely rude
