I love club Pilates in Severna Park. I usually go on Tuesdays and Thursday’s and Teresa and Patrice are GREAT instructors!

I have been working out regularly for the past two weeks and feel myself getting stronger and really enjoy the workouts. I am purposely starting with the 1.0 classes for now in order to build my strength and not hurt myself (as I typically do). I feel the plan is effective because the workouts are hard enough to challenge my body but they are doable without excess strain to prevent injury. Thanks so much! The variety of instructors helps to keep me guessing what the class will be like.

I recently joined CP and when they say they are a family, it’s true, it really is a family there. Everyone is so supportive in helping you reach your personal health goals. Also, before each class, the instructor makes sure to ask if anyone needs any accommodations to ensure everyone gets the best experience no matter their age, weight, health status, etc. I now look forward to attending my weekly classes! Overall, the club is super clean, has a calming atmosphere, has awesome instructors and helpful front desk staff, and it’s a place you should go join today! It’s the best gift you can give to yourself… a healthy and strong body!

I’ve always been intimidated by Pilates, but the staff at this club are so kind and welcoming. Carrie, my instructor, and Debbie and Cliff are fantastic. I was put at ease at my intro class and I’m excited for future sessions.
