  My therapist was mediocre at best, would go on rants about his personal life and personal interests during my sessions, didn’t give me many opportunities to get a word in, and inserted his political views into our therapy sessions which I told him not to do. He then tried charging me $50 for a missed appointment session which I thought was ridiculous, and when I tried calling Carroll counseling to come to a solution, he called me and aggressively patronized me instead of acting like a professional adult and having a calm, diplomatic discourse. The level of unprofessionalism I experienced from this counseling center was shocking.
