  After my consultation I called with a few questions about my wisdom tooth removal, and the receptionist/assistant was extremely rude for no reason. She had an attitude the entire time and acted inconvenienced to have a conversation with me. I’d also like to add that while I was in the waiting room she was on the phone with a patient talking to them poorly, and as soon as she got off the line started talking about them to the other girl at the front desk loudly to the point we could all hear her (can’t imagine what was said about me after our call). I decided to take my needs elsewhere. After my consultation at the new place I was informed they get a lot of new patients from this same place because of this same woman. It’s a shame because the surgeon was so nice and seemed extremely capable of performing my surgery. I for sure don’t recommend coming here unless you plan to be bullied by the front desk and talked down to like you’re 3 years old. Everything was handled super unprofessionally.

  Dr. Asher and his assistants were very kind and professional! The dental environment was relaxing and calm. Would 100% recommend!

  Horrible customer service !!!!!! Nothing explained !!!! Never told they don’t except insurance … I went to the hospital I was in so much pain . They got me for 120 dollars … the dental hygienist is condescending she needs a new career path !!!! Front desk lady is just as ignorant !!!! Will never step foot back in there again and I will let everyone know to never give this place any money !!!! Rude and unprofessional !
