- JSJudy ScottJul 2, 20241.0At this Planet Fitness today, approximately 2:45 in the afternoon, I witnessed a man exiting the ladies' room bathroom stall area after using the toilet. What's going on here, management? The restrooms are clearly marked "Male & Female". No gender neutral or shared restrooms are in this facility. So why was a man in there...with women changing clothes, showering, etc? Pretty bad when you can't even use the ladies' restroom. At 12:45 7/2/2024 NO TOILET PAPER in some stalls. Asked the gentlemen at the front counter if they could take care of this. Hour and a half later when I left....still NO TOILET PAPER!!! Just because the staff are guys, doesn't mean that two of them can't clear the restroom for 5 minutes....one to watch the door....and one to restock the rolls. It's not that difficult! We would appreciate the comfort of having TP available when we need to use the restroom. Management needs to step in up with their customer service!!!!
