My only recommendation would be is to place a sign sonewhere actually showing your name. It was difficult to find as it is in the back end of Lens Crafters with no sign stating that. We wandered around the mall trying to find it before stopping and finding sobering to ask where the location is. There's literally no signs anywhere, not even on the mall information board. Thank you.
