Jonelle put her info in the system and measured her anyway. She put all of her info at her desk for the next day and communicated with the other facility to remedy the problem, keeping me informed along the way. When it was time for pickup, she even met my mother at the car so she wouldn’t have to get out and adjusted her glasses at the curb! Top notch customer service!!
