  Was great selection of Eyewear. Great service, representative helped me not only to pick out my glasses but to fit me exactly right, have been here to get my other glasses n would definitely get glasses when needed from now on

  it has taken me two weeks to get someone to answer the phone. Finally got an appointment. No one ever calls you back for to schedule an eye appointment. Sadly .... unprofessional

  Words cannot explain how very satisfied I am with the entire Eyemart experience. Jonelle is an experienced and knowledgeable asset to this company. I had lost my glasses, had a new Rx and made arrangements for glasses from another optical establishment. I have been waiting since 2/2/2026 and was informed on 2/20/2026 that I will have to wait until sometime next week. I now have a restriction on my license and I need glasses to drive. A visit to Eyemart and my new glasses were ready in less time than it took to eat a meal. I am so pleased!!! I will never go back to Chesapeake Eye.

  Very Frustrating experience. I can’t speak for the actual appointment or team because I court never make an appointment! I tried emailing and nobody got back to me. I called repeatedly and nobody answered the phone time and time again. I even went in person to schedule an appointment and they told me the scheduler left for the day? Only one person with the ability to schedule seems kinda crazy. I then left my information as they offered to leave it on their desk so they could call me back the next day. Weeks have gone by and still nothing has been done. Never been contacted. Meanwhile I called MyEyeDr and got an answer immediately and set an appointment up for the next week. Maybe they are so busy they just don’t need to see me from a business standpoint. Really just seems like inattentive front staff or a process issue to have only one scheduler.
