  I’ve had a terrible experience at this office and would not recommend it to anyone. To start, they did X-rays without checking if my insurance would cover the procedure and then charged my card, never showing me a bill. Now I’m stuck with a $500 charge that could’ve been covered by a secondary insurance if they had talked to me before processing everything. I’ve been calling, emailing, and texting for months (since last November) trying to have them resubmit a claim through my other insurance and refund me for this charge. I’ve had them tell me multiple times that they don’t have a record of this insurance even after I’ve sent it to them repeatedly over text. Now they claim they are waiting for everything to process but it’s been months and I have a hard time believing it. Recently, I’ve been trying to get them to send me a copy of the bill for my records only to be told over and over again that billing will send it to me. I’ve received nothing. To make matters worse, they tried to push me into getting a root canal that I didn’t need and and the X-ray files they sent to my new office were useless and I had to have them redone anyways. Now I’m stuck with a charge I can’t get rid of, an HSA card I can’t use because they won’t send me my receipt, and literally got nothing out of this experience but time wasted. Don't trust the 5 star reviews and go somewhere else!
