  I’d like to thank the nurse who helped my 3-year-old with a blood draw today. She was very professional, kind, and impressively quick and accurate, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her excellent care.

  Had a blood draw this morning. Very quick wait time & clean space. Most of all, really liked the woman who took me back and did the blood draw. Super friendly, professional, and efficient at her job.

  I had an appointment this time but was there a few days prior and no one in waiting room for 30 minutes. I signed in, tried to wait but no one came all while I heard staff laughing and talking in back. Why is it that they can’t take a walk in when there is no one waiting- the perception is that they don’t care about their patients and getting through. Think 30 minutes - and my lab draw would have taken me 5 minutes and they still would have had 25 minutes to chat and laugh. So I had to come back. This particular location is not that busy and people in the area that know about it, use it purposefully because it is quieter, but there should be an expectation that the staff works when they have customers.
