  Used this office for my first child. 25 years later, I am having another child and they would not schedule a prenatal appointment for me to tour the office and have my questions answered because I was not a first time mom. Well its been a while since I've had the first one and everything is different. I have new questions that are legitimate. Now I see what all the other reviewers are talking about. Unfortunately, I will not be using Pediatric Associates for my second because of the front desk. No one has time in 2026 for policies that make no sense, there are other good providers out there.

  Mixed experiences over the years. Some doctors (or NPs) were great, responsive, and listened attentively. Another (now retired) blew me off and suggested to my child that I didn't think she was a "good kid." Multiple times I made appointments only to show up and be told the appointment was for a different time -- I believe this issue was with the scheduling service used by the office, not their own staff. The current receptionists are good overall. I finally transitioned away from this office and found they charge $35/kid or $50/family to obtain medical records. I understand that their are administrative and overhead costs associated with office work, however $50 to have my own family's medical information is absurd.

  I took my child to attend one of the special Evening Flu Clinics, expecting a standard visit. However, I was disappointed to find out there was an extra charge for the appointment because it was after regular hours. They charged me for "Expanded-hours services," but this was never mentioned in advance, either on the website or when booking the appointment. What made this even more frustrating is that I could easily have gone to places like Walmart, Giant, or CVS for a flu shot without any additional charges. It's upsetting to pay extra for a service that should be straightforward and accessible. They really should be more transparent about any extra fees upfront, especially when scheduling. This experience was far from what I expected for a routine flu shot, and I hope they improve their communication moving forward.
