  Although I’m not a member anymore, it’s always fun and a great experience when I come And worth the drive. James at the front is super helpful

  Hi there: I’ve been a member of your Rockville location for a few months now. No issues. Was using locker room and had a few gym things in there. I come back this morning and everything is gone. The lock was broken. No one told me I could not leave my stuff in there. Fine. What wasn’t was how I was treated by your manager, John K. Sure I was frustrated, but he absolutely refused to help, told me he would call the cops and have me removed. Nothing even got that loud; he just refused to help or even speak with someone. I would like a full refund of my membership fees. And we can move on. Thanks.

  I’m leaving another review because yet again these employees are top notch. Always helping out the community that goes here. Michelle was super helpful not only greeting, but also super informational about membership services.

  The management is hands on! Hands down best gym ever! The bathrooms are clean! Equipments are serviced in less than 24hours of breakdown. Front desk are welcoming. Amenities are functional.hot tub,sauna and towel services. I go here mon-sunday so i know.

  Tyler (the manager) is fabulous! Onelife corporate increased my membership by 30% and claimed it was a small increase to pay for renovations. Shame on them for treating long time members like that. Their renovations should have already been funded through the dues we pay monthly. Increasing by 30% is unacceptable. I spoke to Tyler and he recognized that was very steep. He immediately got in touch with corporate and worked out a normal, acceptable rate increase for me. Thanks, Tyler.
