- SRSaba RamMar 13, 20261.0Very disappointed with this office. I scheduled an appointment two months in advance for March 13, and the office canceled it at the last minute because the doctor wanted to leave early. When I called to reschedule, the earliest they offered was another month later in April, which means I have to wait even longer for an appointment that they canceled. On top of that, Amy was extremely rude on the phone and showed no willingness to help find anything sooner, even though the cancellation was on their side. I understand schedules change, but canceling patients’ appointments after they’ve waited months and then making them wait another month—with rude customer service—is very unprofessional. Really disappointing experience.
