    1:1 training is so worth it! The Perfect Workout provides well maintained equipment and well trained personnel. When I have concerns--such as a recently turned ankle--they modify my routine seamlessly and effectively. At for the cost seemed high until I looked into what other personal trainers charge without the facility and the equipment and I was quickly won over. I have a health condition that has improved over the course of my workouts and I've become leaner reducing familial risk of diabetes. I am very happy with TPW!

    I've been working out at TPW for 3 months now and have really seen results. The trainers are very knowledgeable and committed to your success. The 20 minute workout twice a week really work for me. I've never loved working out and the 20 minutes goes by quickly. It's definitely challenging and you feel like you're getting your money's work. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to get stronger and build muscle!
