  I love ❤️ barre! Instructors are always so knowledgeable and make class fun! Different class formats and my favorite is define! My body has transformed and will continue to get stronger each time.

  (added my comments about Jill's comment with some pics) I reserved a free trial class and even received confirmation calls, along with some center guidelines, including what to wear. However, when I arrived, the center was closed and no one was inside, and no one rcvd my call. I was literally left standing there. This left a very bad first impression, and I don’t want to take classes at a place that doesn’t value my time, especially when clients are paying for the service. ----- I’ve added more comments regarding this issue. Thank you, Jill, for your reply. Unfortunately, from your reply, it sounds like you’re saying the store wasn’t closed, and that I was either late or misunderstood the opening time. This made me feel very upset. I have NEVER my shown up after class or late. There was no misunderstanding on my end. I received the email confirmation, text messages and multiple calls from your staff to confirm the class time and instructions. The class was scheduled for 12:00 PM, and I arrived at 11:40 AM as advised, since your staff instructed me to arrive 15–20 minutes early. I could clearly see inside the gym through the glass windows. There were no staff members present, and all the lights were off. I waited outside for about 15 minutes, called and knocked several times. If there was any miscommunication, it must have occurred among your staff, not with me.

  My experience with the instructors at this barre studio has been wonderful — they are professional, and truly excellent at what they do. I always felt encouraged and well guided during class. However, I had a very disappointing experience with the person in charge of administration (Jazmine). I clearly explained in writing (via email) that I would be relocating and could not commit to the studio’s 90-day policy. Although I was reassured that it wouldn’t be an issue, unfortunately, the following month I was charged again. When I brought this to their attention, rather than acknowledge the misunderstanding and refund the amount, I was simply told that my membership would be cancelled moving forward. This felt dishonest and misleading — as if the goal was to make a sale regardless of the circumstances I had communicated clearly. It’s truly a shame, because the teachers are really good and the classes are high quality. But sadly, the way the administrative side handled this left a very negative impression.

  I’ve been attending classes for 4 months and the changes are amazing! The instructors are so kind, encouraging and knowledgeable. I appreciate their feedback and adjustments to make sure my form is correct! Pure Barre is my self care 😊
