- TTTaniaOct 1, 20251.0I purchased hearing aid batteries that unfortunately arrived with fungus and did not work properly. Out of a pack of four, only one battery functioned. Thankfully, I only bought two packs, but this was still very disappointing.

I was skeptical a first... until I met Lindsey Gaines. I was very impressed with her knowledge. She really put my mind at ease. I was looking for a set of hearing aids to use as a backup incase the ones I have started to fail. She worked with my insurance. Not only did I order a new set of aids, but they are better than the ones I am currently wearing. Lindsey is a miracle worker at Miracle Ear. Being a military man, I know what it's like to go above and beyond your duty. Lindsey, I salute you for a job well done.
