- TTTaniaOct 1, 20251.0I purchased hearing aid batteries that unfortunately arrived with fungus and did not work properly. Out of a pack of four, only one battery functioned. Thankfully, I only bought two packs, but this was still very disappointing.

The receptionist (sorry but I never go her name) was friendly and welcoming. The audiologist, Lindsey, was professoinal, friendly and thorough She clearly explained the results of my test. Although I passed with flying colors, I would suggest this ME location as a starting point if one questions their need for hearing aids.

The doctor was very informative and provided me with numerous options. I have to say through the whole process it was painless.
