- RDRuby D.Feb 20, 20261.0I just came in asking about the prescription I dropped off and got told that she only had one filled the one that got picked up earlier saying she couldn’t see the rest of the order. But I gave her the whole prescription and she said that the other giant pharmacy location I had initially gone to had it and that she couldn’t see it in the system. Horrible service and unprofessional wear to be completely honest don’t know how these people are employed

They've misinformed me about availability of important medications, the staff is not accommodating. They've left me waiting for an hour or two for a 10 minute refill just to let me know they can't fill it after I complain. I'll be switching to someone else as it's just ridiculous at this point.
