  The worst pharmacy, the pharmacists are clueless. She told me to wait 20 min for my prescription and when I came back to pick it up she did not ask to confirm my date of birth or name and handed me the wrong prescription. She did not apologize either. Make sure you check for yourself when picking up your prescription from here. They don’t know what they’re doing.

  This pharmacy is a JOKE. These are the MOST incompetent people ever. I would be a better pharmacist than them. First, the lady on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. She tried to gaslight me on the phone repeatedly saying that I don’t have a profile with Giant… when I told her I have been using Giant Pharmacy for 3 years. I gave her my name and DOB numerous times. I even smelled it out phonetically for her and she still could not find it. She made me call my doctors office thinking they didn’t send the prescription. And then call another giant pharmacy which they easily found my account.. When I called her back she doubled down that I did not have a profile and there was nothing they could do. Then she got someone else to assist and they were to able to find my profile in 5 seconds. She never apologized or anything and claimed that for some reason the system was giving her problems. But magically the system didn’t give the other person issues in finding me. This whole circus show was 45 minutes long going back and forth. These people are truly pathetic and I don’t even feel safe picking up medicine from them if they can’t even put a DOB in a computer. NEVER EVER will I be back.

  all the bad reviews about the pharmacy are TRUE! so don’t waste your time here.. take your prescriptions somewhere else. Pharmacist in this location don’t have an idea what they’re doing, they don’t like their job or they don’t care. they can never find my prescription and when they do find it, it’s never ready. takes forever to get my medication.

  Much faster and easier to deal with than CVS. Also, I received excellent counseling from one o their young pharmacist.

  AWFUL!!!!!!! Omg this is the worst pharmacy I've been to. They don't refill prescriptions in a timely manner and sometimes they even lose record of your prescriptions! They seem understaffed or just incompetent!! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!
