- MCMorgan CicconiJul 21, 20231.0I was at a class this evening at the Rockville studio and was a victim of theft. All seemed normal leading up to class. Keep in mind there is no front desk associate ever present (the coach checks attendees in), so during the class, the individual was able to rummage through not only my things but also someone else’s. 4 cards (debit and credit) and $6,000 later, I was getting fraud alerts and calls from my husband. Not worried so much about the money, but fact that my peace of mind is gone. They need to figure out 2 things. 1. How to improve security 2. How to vet out attendees that do not clearly belong. The coach was nice about it, but didn’t really do much (again emphasis on the fact that they need to improve their security or procedures). I was trying to get out as fast I could feeling so uncomfortable. Absolutely ridiculous. I now am and forever will be so uncomfortable about this place. Will never be back.
