First time at the Rockville location! Barbie was my instructor and her class was one of the best classes I’ve ever taken, great energy and music and her workouts are great!

I did a week trial and wanted to save anyone the time and money of going here. My first class was okay, nothing amazing, but the second class felt like a complete waste. The instructor talked a lot about things unrelated to the session, and if I had paid for it, I would have been upset. Memberships are over 100 dollars per month, and on top of that, their yoga mats, which you have to pay to borrow, smell strongly of feet. Honestly, you would be better off going to another gym with more options
