  From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient. I was particularly impressed by the Nurse and Provider, who took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the treatment plan clearly, making me feel comfortable and safe.   Excellent service and immigration physical process. All was smooth and was able to get everything done and my packet ready in less than a week. I hope this level of efficiency and service stays as is. I will gladly come back here for urgent care/immigration medical needs.

  Everyone at AFC was so professional and helpful. I had hurt my hand severely so the font desk helped me complete the intake form. I was seen by the medical staff immediately. I had an X-ray done and the results were explained to me clearly. And I was given a referral to an orthopedist. I give high marks too everyone I saw. Thank you!

  This was my first visit to AFC Urgent Care Rockville and I was very impressed. The registration process was very efficient, done on my cellphone. I hadn’t made an appointment but the wait time (Sunday morning) was very reasonable. A nurse practitioner did the intake and exam. She was very thorough and asked all the right questions. Since I had a persistent cough, they were also able to take a chest X-ray. They are open 7 days a week from 8AM to 8 PM, which is very reassuring. I will definitely go there again if I need urgent care. One additional note: I called a few days later to request a prescription. Within 20 minutes, my pharmacy notified me to say they were working on it. I couldn't believe it was so quick and easy. I wish my doctor's offce was as efficient!
