  1/5 experience should be a 0 , worst lens crafter experience I ever had . came to get eye exam and glasses , passive aggressive behavior from technician who took my first few measurements . Doctor told my finance rudely “ you wait out there” rudely. You are more than educated to know how to talk to people that’s not it . Sales woman didn’t want to be bothered . I wanted to leave and order elsewhere but didn’t make sense so i came back only for worse behavior . After ordering glasses I called in maybe a week later to check status ( something 3 people around me have done ) and the guy that answers the phone keeps telling me the time frame they trained him on , i told him im only calling because i have friends that told me this was normal to call and check for status , but instead of more information , he caught an attitude and hung the phone up on me. the resolution from the supervisor i talked to was to offer me a discount to buy more glasses ??? when i called in again to talk to the same supervisor, no more kindness or glasses discount back to passive aggressiveness so i came and got my glasses and got out . when after 0/5 this location literally were better in pg mall which makes no sense.

  The eye doc and receptionist were great. Really loved the eye doc. The manager was simply superb. She deftly handled the entire eyeglass portion alone with many customers. It is rare to find a leader who was expert at every facet of the operations. I would hire Dawn Davis, the manager, if I had a store like this. I will continue to you use LensCrafters because of her!

She was the only staff member available, yet she managed to assist all customers with grace, respect, and professionalism.   Loved the experience! This my first time being in LensCrafters. I appreciate Dr. Kang and Nick, as they were very patient throughout the process with eye examination! Ms. Dawn was willingly working to get through every customer to finalize everything! (Thanks for the discount! 😉)

  I recently visited LensCrafters to have new prescriptions put into my glasses, and I want to recognize Mr. Nelson for his outstanding professionalism. I initially went in with very little time and expected the usual quick drop off experience I’ve had at other locations. Instead, Mr. Nelson approached my order with true precision and care. He wanted to take detailed measurements to make sure everything was perfect, which honestly caught me off guard because I wasn’t used to that level of attention to detail. Even though there was a little push and pull at first because I was rushed, he remained calm, respectful, and completely professional the entire time. During my first visit I only completed two pairs, but after realizing the quality of his work, I returned and trusted him with two more. On the second visit he used the proper equipment, took very precise measurements, and even explained the process and why each step mattered. I truly appreciate his dedication to doing things the right way. Thank you, Mr. Nelson, for your professionalism, patience, and commitment to excellence.
