One of the best experiences I’ve had for a contact lens exam. Dr. Kang and Nick were communicative and quick. The front of store staff were also exceptional and welcoming. Highly recommend.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I had so much trouble getting my prescription from here. I had to call multiple times to get it. (I believe they make it difficult so you only buy glasses and contacts through them.) They will only fax prescription or you have to pick it up in person. My previous optometrist didn't work like that, but fine. I then have to call back to have my glasses RX faxed to me. The fax they sent was almost illegible and it did not contain the PD. I had to call back YET AGAIN to ask for the PD and woman in the front of the store was rude, loud and aggressive. Telling me they only take your PD when you buy from them and when I tried to tell her the last place I went to had no problem giving me the PD in my prescription she hung up on me. I tried calling back and the front office staff wouldn't answer their phone! THIS STORE'S STAFF IS INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Going to this Lens Crafters has been such a waste of my time.

this was the worst service I’ve ever received. Staff was very inattentive. They skipped over me in line and laughed about it. Even the doctor was very rude. When ask if I had an appointment or not. I recommend not spending any money here

We love this branch! Dr. Kang is great, and I've had excellent experiences working with Dawn and her team multiple times to get glasses for myself and my daughter. Nelson was amazing today- he turned around my daughter's glasses order within an hour when we had to hit the road for an event. Very fun, kind, professional, and efficient team. Highly recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
