Dear Corporate LensCrafters- please update your google info here; store closes at 6 and not at 7pm and it is also not located at the PG Plaza Mall. It would have saved me a wild goose chase today. Please change that it is really frustrating for your clients !!

The Service: I had an exceptional experience at the store thanks to Shawn. From the moment I walked in, Shawn greeted me with warm eye contact and a friendly approach that made me feel like a valued guest. He took the time to understand my needs and even referred me to another place that could assist with repairing my broken eyewear. I truly appreciate that recommendation, as I followed up and received prompt service there within just 30 minutes. Although LensCrafters couldn't assist me on that particular visit, the outstanding customer service provided by Shawn has certainly made me eager to return in the future. The Parking: Parking directly in front of the store can be unpredictable due to limited availability. The street is quite narrow. However, there are free parking options nearby, including spaces at Whole Foods and in the parking, garages close to the store.

Hours of operations state the store closing at 7pm on Mondays. It's 6:03p and the workers in the store won't open the door as they gester they close at 6. I've bought several pair of glasses here, today will be my last. Either change your posted hours or find employees that want to work your posted hours.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
