  I have been a member of Club Pilates now for 4 months and overall am really impressed. I mostly take Reformer 1 classes, and every single class is very different, which makes it easy not to get bored. I would say it takes a while to figure out which type of classes are your favourite, and particularly which instructors you vibe with and whose style you prefer. Hands down my favourite instructors are Stephany, Abby, Alisa, and Zachary. Overall impressed, and the common concern about not getting spots in the classes you want - if you sign up for all your classes early in the morning on the first of the month, it works ok! I have only needed to sign up for the waitlist for a few weekend classes but even then I got taken off the waitlist day of.

  Debbie offers a challenging class, and she's a master at helping you achieve the full benefits of an exercise. I always leave her class feeling stronger!

  Pilates is my physical and mental therapy, and finding great instructors are a number one priority for me. Chauna is an awesome Pilates instructor. She consistently remembers the areas I’m working to develop and challenges me. In between classes, she took extra time to walk me through a roll up, offering practical tips that made a real difference. I love Pilates, and I truly love going to Chauna’s classes!
