After being a member for 4 years I left to try out another gym. Nine months later I am back and sometimes you do not realize what you have until it is gone. So, as a new member you get two free training sessions. I was fortunate to have Alicia Davis walk me through the sessions. She was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Zero hard sell. If you are considering such services check her out. Otherwise, it is still the same gym I left nine months ago. Friendly staff, clean and everything you could want in terms of equipment. The atmosphere is really nice, it has a laid back social aspect to it. Check this place out!

I just called this gym (2/22, 11:12am). The lady who answered asked if I’m a member and I replied “no”. I then asked if their gym had a jacuzzi/hot tub. She said “I can’t give you any information because you’re not a member. What’s your name and number”. Very rude and unprofessional. I WAS interested in exploring membership, but her lack of professionalism and tasteless approach to my question was a huge turn off. No thanks. Too many other gyms who offer better customer service. Please train your staff better.

I have been a member of Brick Bodies Reisterstown for many years . One of the managers is Diane Ramsey, and she is why this facility is so awesome. Diane gives 100% to this club…She is diligent about maintaining the equipment, keeping everything clean, and most importantly ensuring rules are followed so that everyone feels safe and comfortable!!!!She is always welcoming, friendly and kind to all members, and greets them with a beautiful smile!! Everyone loves seeing her circulating around the gym with her keen eye making sure everything and everyone is up to par 👍. We love you Diane💕

I’ve been a member of Brick Bodies for a couple of years now and generally enjoy the gym. The facility itself is great, and most of the staff are usually friendly and welcoming. However, I recently had a disappointing experience with a staff member named Diane that stood out due to her tone and approach. I recommended this gym to a friend who already has a home gym but hasn’t been happy with it, so she was open to trying Brick Bodies through the 7-day trial pass to see if it could become her new gym. She completed the online form, answered all required questions, and even received a phone call immediately after submitting it. During that call, she clearly explained that she simply wanted to try the gym with me to get a feel for the atmosphere, how busy it gets at different times of the day, and the overall vibe. She also made it clear she wasn’t interested in a sales pitch or committing to a membership at that time (just experiencing the gym). When we arrived, she was asked to complete additional questions on an iPad, which she did. At that point, we assumed we could proceed with our workout. Instead, Diane told her to wait because someone would be coming out to “help” her. This was confusing, as my friend did not request assistance and I was there to guide her and give her a tour. After waiting for a while, I approached the desk to ask a simple question: were we required to wait, or is it ok for us to just begin our workout because she didn’t need help with anything? Diane responded that my friend did have to wait, which is fine but the tone and delivery were not. It came across as dismissive and condescending, almost as if we were being spoken to like children rather than paying adults. A simple, respectful yes or no would have sufficed. This interaction made the process feel less about welcoming a potential member and more about forcing a sales-driven protocol, even after my friend clearly communicated that she did not want additional help or pressure. Customer service goes a long way especially when members are paying their hard earned money. Being persistent is one thing, but listening to what people actually want is just as important. I still enjoy the gym and will continue coming, but this experience especially happening in front of my guest left a bad impression. Respectful communication matters, and no member should feel talked down to.
