- JHJennifer HorsmonMar 2, 20263.0I love this pharmacy and the staff is wonderful, for the most part. There is one staff member, Jenny, who has been so rude to me since she started there. She will interrupt me, and i can hear her talking about me to other pharmacy staff. She told me in the past I wasn't due for a refill for another 5 days. I knew this was incorrect and I asked for the pharmacist and she said "who told you that"? The pharmacist agreed she was totally wrong. I dread seeing her in the pharmacy. Other than that, the rest of the staff and pharmacists are wonderful.
- DDDavidFeb 21, 20265.0I moved to Prince Frederick from Southern Anne Arundel four years ago. I have a host of medical problems and have been on a bunch of medications my whole life. I tried three other local pharmacies and each had issues, until I went to Safeway.. My meds are always refilled in a timely manner, and let me say, since I sit and put each day's doses in 30 daily med containers, I know if a 30 day pill count is correct. In roughly a year and a half, I have had only two medications been short, and in each case it was a one pill mistake. On highly controlled meds I have never been short. Compared to Giant Pharmacy in Edgewater, which I used for a decade, I couldn't keep track of how many times I came up short (including a highly controlled drug once). While each mistake was corrected, having to drive the 30 round trip miles wasted my fuel and time. Shelly, Danielle and all the other staff including the other pharmacist are always polite and helpful. For as long as I live in Prince Frederick I will happily use Safeway as my pharmacy.
