  Andres is the man! I’m a young lifter and every time I go in there he always asks how I’m doing and if I need help finding anything. I’ve felt more comfortable buying supplements because he lets me know what I should and shouldn’t take and why.

  I've been to many GNC's across the DMV, but the Prince Frederick GNC has some of the best staff I've seen in a long time. Today, I spoke with Andreas, who focused on me as a customer, who gave me the strongest but economic options for my goals. This store often employs fellow lifters & gym coaches who want to see their customers get stronger with their assistance. Especially if you're local in the area, & need strong gym/supp advise, the GNC in Prince Frederick is worth it!!!

  I want to thank Jacob for his excellent service and professionalism on June 12, 2025. As does every staff member when I enter this store, Jacob asked if I required any assistance and I responded that I didn't. When I brought my purchase item to the counter, he looked at the container and inquired what my workout goals were and did I anticipate the product was helping in meeting my goals. I explained that I was seeing very little return on my investment of this product previously but was willing to stick with it. Jacob recommended I try GNC's Wheybolic which was at a similar cost point, and to consider GNC's Pro Creatine Monohydrate in the future. He took the time to educate me on the benefits of combining the two products. Jacob wasn't a pushy sales person trying to make a profit. Since beginning this new supplement routine, my strength has increased 40%...at 65 years old, I am lifting as well as when I was 40 years old. Thanks Jacob, your recommendations were spot on!

  I just left the GNC location in Prince Frederick. It’s been years since I’ve been committed to fitness. Josh who was working was very respectful, answered all my questions with in depth knowledge. Had a very positive attitude. I had a great experience and will be sending some fellow veterans to this location.
