- SIShannon IsmailMar 2, 20265.0I’ve loved everything since joining the studio. The space is always clean, warm and inviting. All the instructors are amazing and each one brings something different. Jason’s bright, playful energy made class so fun even while super hard. Lana has the best chill vibes, and Katie’s calm, cool energy makes it easy to just settle in and breathe. I took a mobility class with Maggie today and it felt amazing — my shoulder finally felt some real release with the poses and binds she incorporated. Highly recommend!
- SSShaqJan 22, 20265.0Just had my first “Hot Yoga” experience today. The studio is great! Very cleanly and equally friendly! There was some legit “body sculpting going on in the Thursday, 4pm class. The Instructor Ms.Jazette was amazing! She must be a DJ and a comedian part-time because her playlist was fire, and her sense of humor was a great touch to the class. All of the exercises flowed really nicely. I feel like I got a nice, even, and organized full body workout! Im definitely going back to her class next Thursday. Thank you Yoga 6.

Popular 4pm signature hot yoga classes on Saturday 4 pm is cancelled from January. Feel like trapped with no refunds for class packs. Signature hot classes are excellent with good teachers though.

All weekend classes are waitlisted a week in advance. They sold a lot during thanksgiving class packs. Buy 10 6 free and classes are overfull. Iam really worried, how am I gonna complete my 16 class pack over 6 months with this weekend classes oversubscribed. No classes on Friday after 5 pm. Feel like trapped.
