Unfortunately, due to a recent health issue, I am unable to continue attending and wanted to cancel my membership. I completely understand if there is a reasonable cancellation fee, especially since I signed up before the studio even opened. However, I was told I would need to pay the full $223 for the month despite not being able to attend, and my request to pay a partial amount was not accommodated. While I appreciate the studio itself, I find this policy unreasonable and inflexible.
