  I had an appt at 3:20, and was done by 3:26, i forgot the young lady name but she was fast,friendly ,and efficient. I actually mentioned to her at the end of my appointment i came to this location based on the reviews. I would recommend!

  I had to drop off a specimen at Quest in Greene tree rd in Pikesville today. When the door opened into the lab and a phlebotomist came out I told him that I needed to drop off a specimen, he told me: give me a minute and disappeared, then another phlebotomist came out in 10 minutes, I told her, too that I needed to drop off a specimen, she said the same thing: give me a minute. These minutes turned into 40 minutes of waiting. And the office was basically empty. I just think that people who don’t care and don’t want to work shouldn’t be working in healthcare.

  Quest is my preferred place to have blood drawn. Over the years that I have had to use the service because of my diabetes Each technician has been very professional, and personable. My blood is always drawn on the first stick without pain. I love the fact that the employees enjoy their work and excell at it.

  Your weekend staffing is completely inadequate. I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. There were a number of special needs patients who were waiting with their caregivers. The waiting room was packed. The schedule showed 1 person being served and 16 scheduled patients waiting. Your staff was trying its best but there simply were not enough of them. As a retired RN I know you try to understaff at all times but especially on weekends so you don’t have to pay. As always, it’s the people needing your services who suffer the consequences of you valuing the bottom line over patient welfare.
