- JSJ SNov 23, 20255.0We've called this Safeway pharmacy "our pharmacy" for close to 20 years. The pharmacists are helpful, kind, caring, and respond to phone calls and requests. The line is generally 1 or 2 customers, if there's even a line at all, since people can get their shopping done instead of waiting in line. Great customer service overall.

There was a quick wait time once I arrived and the pharmacist (I think her name was Dr. Sharon) was friendly and you can tell she enjoys her job and interacting with customers.
- LBLala BMar 7, 20191.0The pharmacist was very rude for no reason. She pretended to look for my medicine than refused to order my medicine. It was an inconvenience to her, she told me I would have to wait until next week for her to order it and than wait for it to come in after that, but she wasn't sure when it would be in exactly. I said that a fine but she still wouldn't put the order in. So I had to go to another pharmacy. Very strange, I've never had that problem before...hopefully management looks into this so other customers dont go threw this. She is in the wrong profession and should not be playing with peoples health. It's a shame I had to take my business else where.
