Despite this, when I visited the store twice, staff stated they could not find my order and claimed they did not receive it. There was no clear process for escalation, no explanation for the signed delivery, and no sense of urgency or accountability for a missing high-value item. While customer support later offered a reshipment, the in-store experience left me with serious concerns about how deliveries and in-store pickup orders are handled. Customers should not have to chase down answers when a confirmed delivery goes missing. This situation could have been handled far better with transparency, ownership, and proper follow-up.
