    I so appreciate Home Instead! I have found them to be super professional, extremely efficient and a business with a heart. It’s so refreshing to find a company that does what they say they’ll do. When we needed to tweak the schedule, they offered some flexibility to accommodate us. The CarePros are courteous, respectful, and caring in their duties. In a time of need with this broken healthcare system, it’s awesome to know there’s a company you can turn to. Note: This review should have been for the Berlin, MD Home Instead location, however, I am unable to delete this review.

    My mother benefited from the care provided by Home Instead's Care Pros (CP). Her CPs were caring and patient with her. Although there may have been a language concern, her CPs took measures above and beyond, for example, using technology to communicate. I felt Mom was safe and loved, especially by Sophia. She enjoyed strolling around the neighborhood on beautiful sunny days, doing her exercises, and playing games with her. I know she will miss her very much.

    Home Instead made it their goal to ensure that my mom (who was completely resistant to the idea of having a caregiver) was comfortable and very happy with her caregiver. The very first day, they had a ton of laughs, and had a very fun filled day, and left my mom asking when they were coming back. These folks are extremely professional, have a great/very organized business process, and all have personality plus. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that is in need of this type of service!!!!
