  I always love going to the Safeway Rivertown location! The people are always very efficient, professional, friendly and conscientious about my time. I have been coming here for years because I am very particular about customer service and they deliver every time! Please make an appointment! The person who said walk-ins are seen first may not have checked in upon arrival. I am always prioritized before walk-ins.

  I consistently receive exceptional, five-star service from Ms. Erica H at this location. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment for a streamlined experience. Ms. Erica is not only kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, but she also clearly explains the billing process and performs blood draws with remarkable skill and care. (To those complaining about the lunch-hour, please have some empathy, everyone deserves a break and to eat to prevent burn-out!)

  Shit sucks . Why one person there ? As a fellow employer of Quest Diagnostics , they need to hire more people little waiting room , no one there to direct you . I just came for employment testing , and took over 2 hours . Why is there only one person there ? Atleast 2 this shit don’t make no sense

  This is the worst diagnostic center I have ever visited. First of all, locating the area is difficult. They never mentioned that it’s located inside Safeway stores. Secondly I advise that you walk in rather than appointments because walk ins are seen first. If you walk in before your appointment time., you will wait 2-3hrs until your appointment while walk ins are being seen and treated first…. Shame
