Found your technician posting videos on TikTok with patient’s information (full name and RX Number fully in view. So much so I could see the pharmacies address and phone number. Which is 100% a HIPAA violation.

I have been a customer at this location for twenty plus years. I have seen a serious decline in the acceptable level of customer service at this location. I understand there is a high level of thieft but today was my last day of shopping at this location. I walked in to grab a few items and asked for a small basket by they are all removed. I proceed to just grab a few items that I can carry in my hand and I get to the meat section. All the shelves in the meat section are empty with no signage indicating why. I decided not to purchase anything and now it's time to exit the store. There was only one exit point which was at the self checkout section. As the clerk allow me to exit, I asked her why the meat section is empty. The clerk had no ideal why the shelves look like a day before a forcasted Blizzard. For all the loyal customers take your hard earned money to nicer stores in our area like the Giant and Safeway on Highway 210. Management at the Oxon Hill location is to blame. They allowed people to loiter outside their store, they have allowed some clerks to be unmotivated and unprofessional. So much for my two cents!

Pharmacist Hugo is absolutely professional and upstanding. I have not once had any problems with him. It is his employee. While He was on vacation October 2025 they dont answer the phone, they let it ring ring and ring. They let it ring ring and ring today just before I did this review. These individual need to learn about CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IN THE USA. This individual was combative which led me to hang up on her and I will be posting her picture right here for the world or customers to see. Have a day you deserve. If I could rate her a 0 I would.

Despite the fact it says repeatedly to CALL the pharmacy to confirm your insurance, they clearly WILL NOT DO THAT. I called, they put me on hold, never came back, and the system hung up on me. I called again, got the pharmacist and asked if they could confirm my insurance. What insurance do you have? I told her. They said - you have to come in and they had to run it. WELL NO, actually, I don't -- I can give you all the numbers via the phone. I asked again for her to verify via the phone. "No." I am in disbelief. ZERO STARS

It’s like visiting someone in jail customer services mid level if they cared about service as much as they do their lipstick hair and nails it would be better and the prices of the food are higher in this store than they are over the bridge in Alexandria, Va price gouging is in full affect. I don’t know if it’s a management or a strategy from Safeway. I thought the poor neighborhoods were supposed to have the lower prices in the richer neighborhoods were supposed to have the higher prices, but it’s completely the other way around. I will only visit the store if I want to get ripped off and see a bunch of people with bad attitudes with good hairstyles. PS don’t forget you got a walk in to bars to get in the store and you got a walk out bars to get out the store with armed security guards we’re bulletproof vest is on this is a horrible customer experience
