  I would not recommend Bella Cosmetic Surgery to anyone. My experience was extremely disappointing. After my procedure, my stomach remained swollen for months and I received little to no concern or follow-up from the main doctor, even after reaching out multiple times about my complications. Communication was very poor and it felt like my concerns were ignored. Now, four years later, I’m still dealing with the results and the surgery appears to have been completely botched. For something as serious and personal as cosmetic surgery, patients deserve attentive care and proper follow-up, which I did not receive here. I strongly encourage others to thoroughly research and consider other options before choosing this practice. - written for my mother

  Before choosing where to have my procedure, I spent a lot of time researching and even visited a few other places. While those consultations were helpful, something just didn’t feel quite right at the other offices—the overall vibe was off and I didn’t feel the same level of comfort or trust. When I came to Bella Cosmetics, that feeling changed immediately. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt welcoming, professional, and genuinely patient-centered. One of the things that stood out to me the most was how the staff handled everything with such professionalism while also being incredibly kind and approachable. They made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Most importantly, they protected my dignity throughout the entire process. That level of respect and care meant a lot to me and made what could have been a very nerve-wracking experience feel much easier and more positive. Dr. Micheal is truly wonderful. He is not only highly skilled, but also extremely caring and personable. He took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and be transparent about what to expect. I never felt rushed or pressured—just supported and well-informed. That transparency helped build a lot of trust and made me feel confident in my decision. I am very pleased with my results and grateful for the care I received from the entire team. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in the work they do. Their attention to detail and commitment to making patients feel safe and respected really sets them apart. I’ve also had Botox done at this facility and had an equally great experience. The results were exactly what I was hoping for—natural and well done—and the process was smooth and comfortable. Overall, my experiences at Bella Cosmetics have been excellent. If you’re considering any cosmetic or beauty procedures, I highly recommend this office. The staff is professional, friendly, and truly dedicated to making sure patients feel comfortable, respected, and happy with their results.   I had the pleasure of undergoing a breast augmentation with Dr. Chiramonte this morning. He’s an excellent doctor with great bedside manners and his staff were also very very nice and patient with me. From my consultation, the doctor and his coordinators took the time to thoroughly explain my options in sizing and placement of my implants. I suffer from pretty bad anxiety and was very nervous leading up to the procedure, but all of the staff were very kind, patient, and reassured me I was in good hands. I knew this was the best place for me the moment I stepped into the office for the consultation. Dr. Chiramonte even called me a few minutes ago to check on me being that my surgery was performed this morning. They are excellent and I will be back for all of my cosmetic needs. I highly recommend Dr. Chiramonte and his team.
