  It was horrific. The office opened late, unlocking the door to let one patient in but closing it on me so I wouldn’t go into the waiting room. I eventually realized that the door was left unlocked and went in and checked in. Once I was called back the woman working (and apparently training someone else) clearly didn’t know how to fill out my paperwork and insisted on using a computer form (that she couldn’t find) rather than the paper form I already had. The process of getting a test took over an hour when it could’ve been less than 15 minutes. I was looking online for somewhere to report this because it was genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in healthcare, as someone who has worked in the field for years.

  I made an appointment online, received confirmation texts and reminders, but their system did not have my appointment listed when I arrived. Thankfully Gloria made it happen. She is so kind and patient! Highly recommend her!

  Owings Mills Cross Roads location is very convenient, adequate parking, wheel chair accessible, and first floor level is important for clients. Appointment date and time was easy to establish. My appointment time was met/greeted by representative and professional, explained the process thoroughly.
