I was able to make an appointment immediately and within 5 mins Lauren had my aids working perfectly. Stephanie at the call center was extremely helpful expediting my service and gave me a direct number to call if I needed further services! I'm extremely HAPPY!!!

When she received the advertisement in the mail and said that she wanted to try it I was happy to take her. Everyone in the office was kind and professional. The woman who did her testing (sorry I forgot your name) was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything from how your ear works to what the test results mean. I’m not sure if Mom is going to get them yet but this was a great first step and a very pleasant experience! Thanks Miracle Ear!
