Fasting, dieting, exercise, even starving myself. Then a friend talked to me about her success at Horizon Wellness, I figured what could I lose. With the knowledge and guidance of Dr. Smith, I went from 176 to 145lbs, in just 4 months, and have kept it off. This has changed my life. Not only do I love the way my body looks, but I have more energy, and my overall health has improved.
