  I have been a patient of Dr. Nikki’s for quite a while now and can honestly say she is the only mental health provider that has helped me to the best of her ability. She and her team are nothing short of amazing. They are so sweet and comforting, especially Ms. Shenequia who works tirelessly to help me schedule appointments and get my medications. She and Dr. Nikki have honestly changed my life. I am very grateful and would recommend them to absolutely everyone. You will not find a more compassionate or knowledgeable provider.

  Dr. Smith and the staff at Horizon Wellness in Odenton, Maryland, have completely changed my life. In the past, I think I tried everything to lose weight. Fasting, dieting, exercise, even starving myself. Then a friend talked to me about her success at Horizon Wellness, I figured what could I lose. With the knowledge and guidance of Dr. Smith, I went from 176 to 145lbs, in just 4 months, and have kept it off. This has changed my life. Not only do I love the way my body looks, but I have more energy, and my overall health has improved. I do balance my meals and exercise, but without Horizon Wellness not sure if I would have gotten here. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
