  First of all let me clarify i have been wearing Hearing Aids for about 10 years. I first purchased one (No Insurance) at Sound Advice and Steve Perino (Deceased) adjusted them so I could hear like I couldn't remember but could not get used to them in my ear, so I stopped wearing them. Approximately 8 years ago I went to Miracle Ear (West Ocean City, Md) and was fitted with a pair of Miracle Ears that were very comfortable but did not have the clarity of my original pair. After approximately two years another audiologist Scott Yount came there and said he needed to re-adjust the settings and I heard even better than my original aids. I had been going to the West Ocean City office since then for adjustments. I had some health problems and was living in Pa. and went to the York Office to get my aids adjusted, they told me my aids were old and newer technology would make my experience better and had already contacted my insurance and had approval for a new pair. The new pair was fitted and ordered then arrived and adjusted to my hearing. Only problem was the same as originally I heard better on my old aids. I told them time and time again and they seemed to ignore me. I am now back in LSD (Lower Slower Delaware) and contacted the West Ocean City office and told them the story and that I wished to reacquaint with them. Tina Hollaway Hearing Specialist advised me they would take care of everything which made me very happy. I then kept my appointment and Tina again listened to my story, apologized for any problems I had with Miracle Ear. She then took care of my old aids, proceeded to give me the most complete hearing exam I have ever had. Tina then proceeded to carefully re-adjust the settings on the device, then re-adjust my phone settings and tutor me on the correct use, which I never had done before, and made sure that I was hearing as good as I ever had before. I want to Thank Tina again for all the courtesy and help that they did not get from selling this set. Tom Chenoweth

  I am writing this review for my husband Jay Justice. He stopped into your office to have the battery in his remote changed. Unfortunately there was no place to change the battery. Because of this he returned to the car. It wasn’t long before Dr. Kristina Holloway came to the car and asked what kind of phone he had. Luckily he had an IPhone 16. She told him to come back in the office and she set up his earring aids on his phone. She was so kind and considerate. He appreciated everything she did for him to remedy the problem.   We are giving a big 5 star review to Miracle Ear of Salisbury/West Ocean City!!!! My dad has struggled for a long time with his hearing and heading aids. We are so glad we went into Miracle Ear yesterday! It has been a great experience!!! When we walked in the door we were greeted by Priscilla, the office manager. She was so friendly and helpful 😊 Then we met with Tina Hollaway, the hearing aid specialist. She is so knowledgeable and professional. She scheduled dad today to come to her West O.C. location for a hearing test. That was great!!! Dad is now on his way to getting the best hearing aids for him!!! I highly recommend them!!!! Thank you Tina and Priscilla!!!!!
