I would give 0 stars. These are nothing more than over priced arch supports. Go to a good shoe store and buy good shoes, or go to a podiatrist or outpatient therapy place instead. Don't waste your money.

I was seriously surprised at how terrible these inserts were. The most uncomfortable things I’ve ever had inside of my shoe. The assistant told me I needed to get used to it lol.
Ummm no, I’m trying to make my feet feel better not 10 times worse. I have almost flat feet and these arch supports were visibly three times higher than my arch. No way can I wear those things and they want to sell me three sets of them at close to $500 each. What an insane price for something that can be made on a 3-D printer for probably a few dollars. And they were hard plastic as well. Which is definitely a no go. I just wanted one good pair of inserts that made my feet feel better. The good feet store did not offer that.

Don't waste your time and money! This is nothing more than an upsell. They are supposed to help you with your individual needs, however, they really push a 3-system hard arch support package for everyone that is almost $500. I came in with uneven hips from scoliosis and back issues and really just wanted a lift on one foot. They pushed hard to get me to accept that 3-arch system. Then while I waited to try on arches, they let me use a foot massager which of course they sell there. On Amazon, the same one was $260, I can only imagine theirs is much higher. Wasted an hour there. On top of that, I had to watch her gold nose ring dangling around while listening to her say "let me AXE you" multiple times. Its "ASK"!!
