The day that I had to pick up my new eye glasses Michele was very helpful when it came to adjustments and making sure that I was satisfied. The patience and professionalism that the ladies in this location have is great. All of the workers are pleasant and welcoming. I recommend.

- HOHannibal OteyNov 9, 20251.0My previous experiences with For Eyes have always been pleasant until I met with Emma during an appointment scheduled for my daughter and I in February 2025. After our eye exam we were both fitted for glasses by Emma. The result of the entire process was that glasses information was only recorded for my daughter, not for myself. This was frustrating. When I met with Emma for a second time the following weekend to discuss my glasses, her attitude towards me was very rude, disrespectful, condescending and confrontational. She even went as far as telling me that I needed to be somewhere else preparing for the Super Bowl instead of being there bothering her about glasses. I am a U.S Veteran, I could not believe how disrespectful and unprofessional she was towards me. I was completely disgusted with my interaction with her. Recently, a For Eyes staff member contacted me by phone to inform me that my daughter's glasses were there to be picked up. I informed her that I would be there sometime over the weekend to pick them up. While I was there picking up my glasses today, I noticed that Emma was there as well. Her presence reminded me of the negative experience I endured and the reason that I am no longer a customer.

- EMElla MalagarOct 25, 20252.0Usually I like them, a little disorganized and everywhere, but usually manageable. Had an appointment on Thursday 10/23 they cancelled on me ab 5 hours beforehand due to their manager’s failure to schedule technicians. I went to work at 5am to adjust for this appointment but I understood and took the Saturday at 11am appt. Got there and they seemed to have no account of the appt at first, then had some hiccups which at first i understood was a little concerning but its fine. The 11:20 appt came early and we filled out our paperworks at the SAME time, they took them back first because of their hiccup. It just has always been like this but it seems to get worse every time. Reordering sucks with them too. If youre not talking to Jordan or Emma, just wait for another day lol theyre the only ones that seem to function.
