  The new doctors are amazing! They are professional and extremely friendly. They listen to not only the parents input but really take into consideration what the child has to say. The front office staff has always been friendly and professional. We always get an immediate appointment for same day sick visits, and the nurses are always prompt when calling us back. Highly recommend this practice.

  Two children removed from practice. History: Two children in practice for 13 years no prior issues with Dr. Lee (retired). Offered a NON-ESSENTIAL vaccine to my 17 year old, not needed for High School. Asked practitioner if we could research vaccine prior to administration. Did not reply in 30 days and received letter of removal from practice. Stated our family is a danger for staff and other patients. 15 year old up to date on all vaccines. This practice went from family and community friendly to slave for pharmaceutical industry. AVOID.

  Very disappointed this morning. While the doctors have always been amazing the protocol and organization/admin itself is a disgrace. 9am appointment Monday morning. I Needed to cancel so I Called at 8am in hopes to speak with an after hours person(which now charges you) or leave a message. My household is ill so no need for a well visit. The automated system doesn’t have an option for appointment cancellations. It’s 9AM on a MONDAY morning! I was told you have to call and give a 3 hour notice. So now to be charged because my child was sick and I couldn’t make the appointment. When DR Lee retired the notice went out that they no longer take UHC. So I start looking around for a new Dr. I called to get my child’s records faxed over to the new doctor and I was told “you can disregard the letter, that was only for DR Lee not the practice itself. So no one was going to fix the issue? While I understand the providers lose money when the patient cancels but looking at my track record I’m always on time and never cancel…. Guess there is no forgiveness at this group
