  They are hard to reach and don’t return phone calls. I had to cancel an appointment 3 days in advance due to COVID and they still charged my insurance company and sent a bill for 100 dollars, when the cancellation was within there policy.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this place at all cost! I am blown away they are still in business. Still waiting on a basic form after 3 weeks and them sending over the WRONG patients medical documents. Again, avoid!!

  This place is okay, however, I will warn you, if you are a teenager with depression and anxiety-related issues, especially if you had pulled your hair out at one point and you aren't anymore, do not, I repeat DO NOT see Dr. Ornberg. I was in a hair-pulling phase. I no longer am, but I still have bald spots, and she doesn't believe me! She also says that a bathrobe is lingerie JUST because it is worn in the bedroom. A terrible therapist who is WHACKED OUT OF HER FREAKING MIND! I see her every Monday, and last week I only ate HALF of my dinner because I was nervous about going to therapy. THERAPISTS ARE SUPPOSED TO HELP YOU, NOT HURT YOU! As a result, I have lost 17 POUNDS IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS! I was stressed before last week. She also goes out of her way to make you uncomfortable- she once said that my parents' divorce is my mom's fault JUST BECAUSE she is the one who moved out. THAT DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING!!! My parents never committed adultery. Things just didn't work when they were married. Also, once she said these exact words: "It's very common for teenage girls to have a crush on their male teacher. (pause) And if they're lesbian, they have crushes on their female teachers". WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS CREEPY COOL GUY MCGEE?!!! ALWAYS thinking I'm at fault. I'm not against lesbians and/or gays, but Dr. Ornberg made it look like I'M lesbian, which isn't true! So if you go to this center, go to Dr. Shapiro or Dr. Raznick- any damn doctor but Dr. Ornberg.
